Expandable top with elastic drawstring design protected with a lid that features two quick access pockets.
Constructed with ECOPAK 450RS fabric, Duraflex hardware and Mil spec webbing.
Comes with a removable luggage strap that allows for easy mounting onto rolling luggage.
